ABOUT US

Kiki Witz Resort & Spa is located at Mile 46 on the George Price Highway just outside of the City of Belmopan, which is the capital. Set on 13.5 acres of well- landscaped, natural beauty, this piece of paradise in Mount Pleasant offers spacious parking, fine dining and a well-stocked bar, private cabañas, conference and event facilities and a large pool with waterfall. If communing with nature is more your thing, we also offer nature trails through pristine forests and the Mount Pleasant creek where you can spend countless hours appreciating the beauty of the flora and fauna.

AIR CONDITIONING

Each of our rooms is equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Use as you wish for your own comfort, but please join us in promoting environmental sustainability by turning off the unit, fans and lights if you leave the room for the day or for any significant period of time.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE

The Belmopan airstrip is just a couple minutes away if you’d like us to schedule a flight for you anywhere in-country. On the day of your departure, you can fly to the Phillip Goldson International Airport or, if you’d like to enjoy the country just a little bit longer we can arrange a shuttle at your convenience.

ATM Services

Each of our five Bank branches in Belmopan is only minutes away, and all feature convenient 24/7 ATM service. If you wish to travel on your own all banks are accessible through Google Maps. Our staff can also assist you with directions or provide you with a shuttle to your location.

BAR

Our full-service bar is stocked with local and imported beverages, with alcohol or without. Our friendly staff will be happy to indulge you with a refreshing glass of our fresh-squeezed cane juice made right onsite, or prepare an exotic cocktail for you. Great drinks and better conversation make our bar the place to be.

CAR RENTALS

We’ll be happy to arrange a comfortable, reliable shuttle for you anywhere you like, but if you want to explore on your own there are several car rental agencies just minutes away. All are accessible through Google Maps, or you can ask any of our staff members for directions.

CHECK IN / OUT TIME

We’re pretty flexible where checking in is concerned, because travelling is stressful enough without you having to worry about what time you need to get here. Just let our staff know your arrival time in advance if you can and your accommodations will be ready for you. Check-out time is at 12:00pm. If you require an extension we’d be happy to assist.

CHURCH SERVICES

There are well established churches serving every denomination just minutes away from the resort. Our staff is happy to provide you with information and/or directions, or we can arrange a shuttle if you’d like to join them for service.

CLEANING (ROOMS)

Rooms will be cleaned every morning between 8:00am and 12:00 midday, with fresh linens and towels provided. If you would prefer that your room be cleaned on a different schedule please visit our front desk to arrange.

Any of our trained, professional staff will be happy to assist you with information or facilitation of your requests. We are here to serve you.

Belmopan is home to several major Embassies/Consulates and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs which would be able to field any queries and deal with any emergency. All are just minutes away, and we would be happy to provide directions or a shuttle to get you there.

While the resort is equipped to handle most emergencies, if you need to make contact with any of our emergency services while outside the resorts, you can call the numbers below for access.

ELECTRICITY

All our outlets are standard 110V. If your device requires a different outlet specification please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist.

EVENTS

Our resort is designed to handle small and large events – from business conferences and presentations to large weddings, and everything in between. Our staff has been trained to organize and oversee your special functions to guarantee success. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll get it done for you.

EXTRA BEDS / CRIBS

Any arrangement where accommodations are concerned can be made at the front desk, or simply by asking any of our staff members for assistance.

HOSPITALS / MEDICAL SERVICES

The Western Regional Hospital (WRH) which provides elective and emergency services just minutes from the resort. Additionally, there are several small private clinics which offer specialized services nearby.

LAUNDRY SERVICES

Laundry service is available by special request between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm

PARKING

There is secure and spacious parking available on our compound, near to the restaurant, bar and pool. Guests can also choose to park their vehicles near to their private cabañas if they would prefer to do so.

PHARMACY

There is no onsite pharmacy, but our staff would be happy to give you directions to reliable pharmacies just minutes away in Belmopan. If you wish, we can also arrange a shuttle or courier service to have medical supplies/medicine delivered to the Resort.

POOL

Guests are allowed unlimited access to our pool, as well as the changing area and bathrooms. There is no lifeguard on duty, but one can be provided by special request. Our bar and restaurant offer poolside service, and there is also poolside entertainment on weekends, or on special request.

RESTAURANT

The restaurant at Kiki Witz focuses on the very best local cuisine, flavoured with spices and herbs native to Belize, cooked to perfection and served with a smile. Our ambiance, service and excellent food make dining a pleasure every time. But if you’re out of the resort and hungry, there are a variety of good restaurants which can satisfy, all just minutes away.

SECURITY

Guests can be assured of a safe and secure stay with us, as our compound is monitored by private security guards as well as the latest security and surveillance equipment.

SPA SERVICES

If you require spa services, our front desk will be happy to facilitate you. Some prior notice is necessary to ensure that arrangements can be made. We’re ready to pamper you with massages, facials, manicures and pedicures to make your stay everything you wanted it to be.

TV

For your convenience, our rooms are equipped with a Firestick with access to Netflix.

WAKE UP CALL

Our front desk would be happy to facilitate this service to ensure that you’re up in time to enjoy all the amenities offered.

WIFI

Our WiFi passwords for different areas of the Resort will be provided to you by the front desk at check-in
