Experience an Adrenaline Rush

Get your Adrenaline rush going with Zip Lining and Spelunking / Cave tubing at the Jaguar Paw Reserve or Enter the Ancient Mayan Underworld with a Spelunking at the Actun Tunich Muknal (ATM) Cave,

Your journey takes you through a series of caves, each filled with fascinating discoveries. Learn where the Maya worshiped, sacrificed, and got their sacred water from. This adventure is filled with excitement, wonder, and is a true memory making experience.

Bathe in Crystal Blue Waters

Bathe in the rejuvenating and pristine waters of the St. Herman's Blue Hole & Cave. St. Herman's Blue Hole National Park is a national park located just off the Hummingbird Highway in Cayo District of Belize, near Belmopan, the capital city. It is over 500 acres in area, and contains two cave systems, various natural trails, and the cool jungle pool from which the park gets its name

Wildlife Up Close

Get to know Belize's natural flora & fauna at the Belize Zoo with all manner of exotic and unique creatures of the land and air.

A must-visit on any trip to Belize District, the zoo has many animals you're unlikely to see elsewhere – several tapirs (a Belizean relative of the rhino) including a baby, gibnuts, a number of coatimundi (they look like a cross between a raccoon and a monkey), scarlet macaws, white-lipped peccaries, pumas and many others.

Immerse Yourself in Local Market Days

Tour the Capital City of Belmopan & stop in to the local Market Day for a truly live-like-a-local experience, Market days in Belmopan are every Tuesday and Friday where vendors, farmers, and artisans from Belmopan and nearby villages begin to gather from as early as 4 a.m. to begin selling their products. You can visit the market all day long (or at least until about mid afternoon) where you can get great deals on produce, and other locally produced and artisanal products!

Make Your Own Chocolate!

Make your own chocolate from scratch at the Lamanai Chocolate Factory with a beautiful tour of our Mayan chocolate making process. The Maya have passed down the old ways of their ancient people to us to share with those willing to know how chocolate came into our world. It is a fun tour with education, complete interaction and of course you get to grind some delicious chocolate on an ancient Mayan grinding stone. Situated roughly a thousand feet from the Caves Branch River, this experience makes a great location for sightseeing and experiencing the beauty of the Hummingbird Highway.

Birdwatching & Hiking

Explore nature trails and wild birds at the Guanacaste National Park and immerse yourself in beautiful riverscapes and pristine forest.
